Heigl was also quoted in US Magazine as saying that she “tried just about every other remedy on the market: the patch, chewing nicotine, even the prescription medication Chantex. [Electric Cigarettes] Seem to be the only thing that work for me.”

This is great because I feel that the more publicity e-cigarettes get, more people will latch on to them and try them out. That means less annoying second hand smoke for us…not to mention healthier lungs!

One of the offers I see a lot of these days are the “free trial” electronic cigarette offers.

If you look at the fine print, you’ll see that most of these companies aren’t really giving you a “free trial”.  You will be auto-billed after a set amount of time, and sometimes it is VERY hard to cancel with these compaines. You literally have to cancel your credit card so they won’t bill it anymore.

Not fun.

It’s best to stick with the main brands you here people talking about on blogs and forums (or sites like this ) where you know the companies are “Real” and the ecigs are real too.

I’m not saying ALL free trial e cig offers are bad…but I’d say about 90% of them are!  And the actual product usually sucks too.

Of course, I had to jump in

The answer, of course, is yes! I mean think about it – would you rather have smoke going into our air, or water vapor? Smoke has sooo many chemicals it’s rediculous…electric cigarettes, on the other hand, don’t.

Someone made a comment about using e-cigs to quit smoking…again, the jury is out on this one. Companies are not allowed to market e-cigs as “smoking cessation devices”.

However, I do know A LOT of people who have really cut back on thier smoking thanks to smokeless cigarettes.

But hey if nothing else, at least you cut back on inhaling the *thousands* of chemicals that is in regular cigarette smoke.

Better for the environment, and better for you… I think we have a winner

As expected, sales of E-Cigarettes increased in Michigan after this ban was put into place. Sweet!

However, the not-so-sweet part of this ban means that a lot of the restaurants and bars are seeing less business. Not cool, especially in our struggling economy!

Solution? Smokers should buy electric cigarettes to smoke indoors at these places! But a lot of people still don’t know what e-cigs are, so we need to educate them

As more states enact these smoking bans, the power of the electric cigarette will be displayed more and more.

For those that don’t know, “vaping” is the act of “using” an e-cig. Since you’re not smoking, you’re vaping…water vapor.  Yea nice isn’t it

Anyway, this lady was waiting on her husband in the local hospital…I guess he was having surgery.  She wanted to have a smoke but couldn’t leave the hospital.  And smoking was a $100 ticket in the hospital too.
